To see youth from the Southwest, and beyond, experience God and grow in their relationship with Him through scripture, creation, relationships, and activity.
Camping philosophy
Valley View’s camping philosophy is based on the mandate to see youth in a saving relationship with God their Creator. While this is the ultimate goal of camp, we recognize that all students are at different stages of their social, economic, relational, and spiritual journey. Because of this reality, Valley View places a high priority on relationships, so we can attempt to meet the whole needs of the campers. Jesus came not only to save souls but to restore relationships, feed the hungry, and heal the broken. (Matt. 25:34-40)
